Born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Matthew’s deep roots in the community have shaped both his professional mission and personal values. His love for his hometown is reflected not only in the work he does but also in the relationships he builds with the people who call Myrtle Beach home.
Matthew’s journey into real estate investing began with a genuine desire to make a difference. He recognized early on that many homeowners face difficult circumstances—whether due to financial hardship, property issues, or unexpected life events—that make selling a home stressful. With this insight, he built Dynamic Home Buyers to offer real solutions, creating a process that is straightforward, compassionate, and beneficial for everyone involved. Jessica Rabon
Chief Revenue Officer
Jessica Rabon is the Chief Revenue Officer at Dynamic Home Buyers and one of the key forces behind what happens after a deal comes through the door. Born and raised in Conway, South Carolina, Jessica has lived in the area her entire life and proudly represents the kind of local leadership that understands both the people and the pace of this community. She graduated from Conway High School in 2008 and has spent her adult life building a reputation for being highly driven, relationship-focused, and the kind of person who gets things done quickly, professionally and with zero hand-holding needed.
Jessica has been best friends with Dynamic Home Buyers’ CEO, Matthew McCourry, since childhood and that lifelong trust is part of what shaped the company’s culture from the start: clear communication, strong follow-through and doing business the right way. In her role, Jessica oversees the contract process once a homeowner is ready to move forward. While Chris handles acquisitions, Jessica steps in to guide the deal from contract to closing. She schedules inspections, coordinates timelines, keeps consistent communication with sellers and makes sure every moving piece stays on track. She is known for being organized, direct, and solutions-driven while still making people feel comfortable and supported throughout what can be an emotional and stressful transition.
Jessica also works closely with attorneys to ensure closings are smooth, accurate and handled with professionalism at every step. Dynamic Home Buyers is proud to work with Blair Cato, a trusted law firm known for their hard work, responsiveness and dedication to getting deals across the finish line the right way. For Jessica, it’s never just about paperwork, it’s about delivering an experience where the seller feels informed, respected and confident from start to finish.
Outside of work, Jessica is 35 years old, married and a proud mom of two daughters. She lives in downtown Conway and loves good happy hours, date nights and a lifestyle that balances ambition with enjoying the moments that matter. She is constantly working on bettering herself, growing as a leader and raising the bar not only for her own life, but for the standards of service and professionalism Dynamic Home Buyers is known for.

Chris Kissick
Acquisition Manager
Chris Kissick serves as Acquisition Manager at Dynamic Home Buyers, bringing decades of hands-on experience in construction, business, and customer service to the team. With over 26 years in commercial construction and 14 years in commercial tire sales, Chris has built a career rooted in work ethic, precision, and practical knowledge. He is a Certified Concrete Inspector through NCSU, a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, and previously held a Residential Builder’s License for six years. His background gives him a sharp eye for property condition and value — something sellers greatly benefit from when evaluating their options.
Chris has spent more than 30 years in the Metro Detroit area and is a graduate of Ferris State University. Six years ago, he made the move to the Grand Strand and quickly fell in love with South Carolina. While he proudly considers himself a transplant, he now embraces being “South Carolina through and through.” His transition from the Midwest to the coast reflects his willingness to grow, adapt, and pursue new opportunities.
At Dynamic Home Buyers, Chris is often the first in-person connection sellers make. He believes strongly in putting people first — always. His approach is straightforward, honest, and rooted in helping homeowners understand their choices without pressure. After meeting the team for the first time, Chris knew this was the right place for him because of the company’s commitment to integrity and truly serving the seller’s needs. For him, it’s about helping people navigate what is often a major life decision with clarity and respect.
Outside of work, Chris is a proud husband of 20 years to his wife, Elizabeth, whom he describes as the love of his life and his greatest supporter. He is the father of four children — two in college and two younger — and a proud “girl dad” to three daughters, along with one son. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him golfing, snow skiing, enjoying the beach, or spending time outdoors. He values family, hard work, and high moral character — principles he brings into every interaction at Dynamic Home Buyers.

Heather Alfonso
Lead Manager
Heather Alfonso serves as Lead Manager at Dynamic Home Buyers, where she plays a key role in being one of the first points of contact for homeowners considering their selling options. With one year at the company and a professional background rooted in management, social media, and hospitality, Heather brings a strong combination of organization, communication skills, and people-first service to every conversation. Her experience across industries has shaped her ability to listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and guide people through important decisions with clarity and confidence.
In her role, Heather specializes in building genuine connections. She understands that when someone reaches out about selling their home, it’s rarely just a transaction — it’s often tied to a life change. She takes pride in making each homeowner feel heard, respected, and comfortable from the very first interaction. What she enjoys most about her position is working alongside a driven, supportive team that operates with integrity and clear communication. Originally from up north, Heather has proudly called Horry County home for the past ten years. She has embraced the coastal lifestyle and enjoys spending time kayaking and paddle boarding whenever she can. Outside of work, she values balance, personal growth, and staying connected to the community she now considers home.
